Lazer setup for wine bottle

I NEED HELP. I have tried everything I can think of to get my text perpendicular on a wine bottle , No luck. Every time it comes out horizontal. What am I doing wrong??

KAthy, I am not sure I grasp the dilemma? :dunno: Could you post PIX. . .vector files. .. or something? I am sure we can assist if we have a little more info/details. :toh:

Inga, it COULD be (and much more probable) that this is what she was referring to in perpendicular.

Ketch, before providing a good answer, I guess some more info might be in order. What kind of laser? What kind of files are you using to engrave? Direct interface with your illustration software (Illustrator or Corel) or are you using a separate engraving software made to work with the laser?

PERPENDICULAR TO BASELINE>> Uh-huh. Got it. And vertical would be something like this. Thanks for teaching me the proper nomenclature. :oops:

What type of Laser do you have?

My first guess (with no information)........You will need to ROTATE your graphic 90 degrees to print. :RO:
